In May 2017, SPP Pumps were looking for a Recruitment partner who could understand their complex business and the requirements and variety of roles.

RE has always been a dynamic recruiter, looking at methods of attracting talented candidates for our clients, we spent time looking at the requirements for SPP, exploring and expanding on this approach, increasing budget and methods used to achieve the desired outcome.

Results

RE have supplied quality candidates across blue and white collar engineering roles including Mechanical Engineers, Technical Buyers, Test Engineers, Quality Engineers, CNC Machinists and Mechanical Fitters and continue to do so.

SPPs requirements are clear and documented allowing the successful alignment of key candidates to their business. Contractors are treated really well and are respected for their expertise. Having a good working relationship with hiring managers to discuss requirements and knowing the facility at Coleford enables us to fulfil the roles easily.
